This page explains how to delete your data for PirtDuck (com.mrwhite.pirtduck), the Android game by individual developer MrWhite. PirtDuck has no accounts: the game only knows you by an anonymous player ID issued by Unity. Deletion is free of charge.
In short: copy your player ID, email it to us, then clear the game's data on your phone if you like.
The game is in Turkish only, so in-game labels appear here in Turkish with an English translation in parentheses.
1. Copy your player ID
Open PirtDuck and connect to the internet.
Go to Ayarlar (Settings) → BİLGİ (Info) and scroll down to the GİZLİLİK VE VERİLER (Privacy and data) section. Your ID is on the “Oyuncu kimliğin:” (Your player ID) line.
Tap KİMLİĞİ KOPYALA (Copy ID). If the ID shows as “henüz yok” (not yet), connect to the internet and open the page again.
Do this before you uninstall the game or clear its data; afterwards the game can no longer show your old ID.
2. Send your deletion request
Email pirtduckgame@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion” and paste the player ID you copied.
You don't need to give anything else; don't include your real name or phone number. You may add your nickname if you like.
We confirm that we received your request and complete it within 30 days at the latest.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
We delete: the anonymous player record in Unity Authentication and the report and support emails related to that ID (except anything the law requires us to keep).
We ask Unity to delete: the player ID and IP address in Unity Relay and Lobby logs. These logs are kept for 30 days at most anyway.
What is kept: we keep the correspondence about your deletion request for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, so that we can show the request was carried out. If another player muted you, your ID may remain in the mute list on their phone; we have no access to that list.
If you open the game again after deletion, Unity gives you a brand-new anonymous ID; the old ID and the records linked to it don't come back.
4. Delete the data on your phone
Go to Android Settings → Apps → PirtDuck → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the game.
This removes your progress (XP, Feathers, Golden Eggs, season, missions, unlocked hunters and costumes), your settings, your mute list and Unity's session token from your phone. Progress isn't backed up to the cloud, so it can't be restored.
Clearing the data on your phone does not delete your Unity record; for that, follow the steps above.
5. If you no longer have your ID
If you have already uninstalled the game or cleared its data, you can no longer see your old ID. The Unity record contains no name, email or phone number, so without the ID we can't tell which record is yours.
Relay and Lobby logs are deleted automatically within 30 days. You can still ask us to delete the emails you sent us without the ID.
6. Closed test list
If you emailed us to join the Google Play closed test, you can ask at any time to be removed from the tester list and to have your email deleted by writing to pirtduckgame@gmail.com; no player ID is needed.
We do this anyway when the test ends, and in any case within 12 months of your sign-up at the latest.
