These Terms of Service set out the rules for using PirtDuck, the free game offered by MrWhite, an individual developer based in Türkiye (“we”), and the website www.pirtduckgame.com. You accept these terms and the Community Rules by tapping KABUL EDİYORUM (I agree) in the window shown when you first open the game; they also apply when you use the website.
How your personal data is processed is explained separately, in the Privacy Policy.
1. Age
PirtDuck is for players aged 13 and up and is not designed for children. If you are under 18, read these terms together with a parent or guardian.
2. Your player ID and progress
PirtDuck has no accounts and asks for no password; when you open the game, Unity creates an anonymous player ID for you.
Your progress (XP, Feathers, Golden Eggs, season, missions, unlocked hunters and costumes) is stored only on your phone. If you clear the app's data, uninstall the game or switch phones, we can't bring it back.
3. Demo version
The current version is a free Android demo (0.9.0-demo). It is in Turkish only and is currently distributed in Türkiye only. Some hunters and costumes are locked as “SONRAKİ YAMADA” (coming in the next patch).
Because it is a demo, there may be bugs. The game, its economy, season and rewards may change or be reset in later versions. We may pause or end the demo or online play, temporarily or permanently.
4. Feathers and Golden Eggs
Feathers (Tüy) and Golden Eggs (Altın Yumurta) are virtual units earned only inside the game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be bought with money, sold, transferred to anyone, or exchanged for money or anything else.
The game has no real-money sales and no ads. If paid content is ever added, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy first.
5. Rooms and hosts
Players create rooms (ODA KUR, Create room); the player who creates a room is its host. The host can change the room settings and kick a player out; a kicked player can't rejoin that room.
If the host leaves during a match, the match ends and the room closes. In public rooms (HIZLI KATIL, Quick join) you may meet players you don't know.
6. Acceptable use
Follow the Community Rules: swearing, insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content and sharing personal information are not allowed in chat or in nicknames.
Using cheats, bots or unauthorised software, exploiting bugs, deliberately ruining matches, or trying to disrupt the game, rooms or Unity's services is not allowed.
Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the game or distribute modified versions of it.
You are responsible for what you write in chat and for your nickname. You give us the permission we need to pass your messages and nickname to the players in your room.
7. Breaking the rules
A player who breaks the rules can be kicked out of the room by the host. We review reports by email, and we may pass serious cases, such as threats or illegal content, to the authorities.
Because PirtDuck has no accounts, there is no account closure or global ban system.
8. Intellectual property
The PirtDuck name, logo, code, design, texts and original artwork belong to MrWhite. Third-party models, sounds, music and fonts used in the game belong to their owners and are used under their own licences.
We give you a limited, non-transferable and revocable permission to play PirtDuck for personal use. This does not limit the permission for videos, streams and fan content described on the Legal Notice page.
9. Liability
The game and the website are free and provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that they will run without interruptions or errors; connections may drop, matches may end early and progress may be lost.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the game or the website. Our liability for intent and gross negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer, remain unaffected.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We publish the new version at this address and update its date, and we also announce important changes in the game's release notes. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the courts and enforcement offices that have jurisdiction by law.
Consumers may also apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, including where they live.
