2. Copyright
PirtDuck's code, game design, texts, original artwork and the texts of this website belong to MrWhite and are protected by Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Except where the law allows it and under the fan content permission below, they may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
The game and the images on this website also use models, textures, sounds and music from free third-party asset packs. These belong to their owners and are used under their own licences; this page claims no rights over them.
The Rubik font on the website and the Fredoka font in the game are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
3. Trademarks
The “PirtDuck” name and logo belong to MrWhite. Don't use them in a way that looks official or misleads anyone, or as the name of another game or product; mentioning the game's name in fan content is fine.
Unity, Google Play, Android, Gmail, Cloudflare, YouTube, Twitch and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned here only to identify services.
4. Fan content
PirtDuck videos, live streams, screenshots and fan art are welcome, and you may earn money from them on YouTube, Twitch or TikTok.
Our conditions: credit PirtDuck by name in the description or the video, don't make it look official, don't sell the game or its files and don't mislead anyone. Don't distribute the game's models, sounds or music separately from the game; some of them belong to others.
5. Infringement notices
If you believe your rights have been infringed, email pirtduckgame@gmail.com with the content in question and proof of your rights. We will review it and remove or change the content if needed.
