A first look at PirtDuck: the Android demo is ready, closed test coming soon

I can finally share PirtDuck with you! A PIRT in class, chaos in the halls: a 2-8 player online duck hunt where horror and comedy share the same desk.

What is PirtDuck?

In Hunt mode the student ducks finish the school's 12 lessons, which are mini-games, and try to escape through the EXIT, while one or two of you play the hunter. In Battle Royale everyone is equal: the green gas closes in and the last duck standing wins. Just create a room and share the 6-digit code with your friends, or hit HIZLI KATIL (quick join).

What's in the demo?

Demo version 0.9.0-demo: two modes, three versions of the school (Okul, Yıkık Kanat, Gece Nöbeti), two hunters (the Butcher is free, the Assassin unlocks for 600 Feathers), daily and weekly missions and a 30-tier season. The Wizard, Grandma, the Crazy Duck and the costumes arrive in a later patch.

The demo is free: no ads, no purchases, no account. It needs an internet connection, and the game's text is Turkish only for now. The game is for ages 13 and up; there is cartoon blood.

The closed test

The demo isn't on Google Play yet. The first stop is a closed test there: before PirtDuck can go live on the store, at least 12 testers have to stay in the test for 14 days. For now the test is for Android phones in Türkiye.

If you'd like to join and you're 13 or older, email pirtduckgame@gmail.com from the Google account on your Android phone. Your address is only used to add you to the test list.

What's next?

Hunter reveals, game clips and dev diaries. Follow along so you don't miss a thing.
